Ally (she/her) gained her higher education experience starting in 2016 working as an Accessible Content Specialist at California State University, Chico providing technology-based accommodations for students, staff, and faculty with disabilities. Following that, she closed her career at Chico State as an Accessibility Advisor working with staff, faculty, students, administrators, and community members to ensure that all aspects of campus life— learning, working, and living— are universally accessible.
In July 2022, she began her career at CU Boulder as the Accessibility Training Coordinator for the Digital Accessibility Office, providing customized training, consultations, and presentations campus and system-wide. She has since taken the role of Accessibility Training and Outreach Manager, continuing to provide digital accessibility trainings, with an additional responsibility of planning activities designed to raise awareness about digital accessibility and inclusivity to our campus community and the public. In her free time, Ally enjoys live music, painting, and traveling.
