Brief Summary of Professional History: I have committed to supporting the growth of mental health well-being of others and my community since 2011. I have worked as a crisis line counselor for survivors of sexual assault, caregiver for children and teenagers with autism, Emergency Psychiatric Services Clinician, therapist for adults recently out of incarceration from Boulder County Jail with a history of severe mental illness, complex trauma, substance abuse, and homelessness, therapist for college-aged students, and clinical supervisor. I have been with the °µÍø½ûÇø since 2018. 

Brief Personal Information: I have a particular fondness for eating fresh foods and vegetables and am an advocate for the intersection of nutritional health and mental health. I love to be physically active, whether it be through working out, playing sports, or being outdoors. I can often be found distracted by nearby dogs.
