Spring Appointments

• For new Spring 2020 Faculty Members: Please ensure documentation is submitted to HRSC on or before Dec. 23 to guarantee they have access before the Jan. 6 start date. 

• Reminder: Graduate Students that were submitted to us as a yearly contract are entered a semester at a time per HRSC Policy (contract pay distribution issues). All Spring entries will be made in the coming days. 

Year-end Reminders

• As the calendar year end approaches, please keep in mind any lingering APF or final payments for employees need to be completed before year end for tax reasons. 

• The final off-cycle pay date is Dec. 27 with a deadline of Dec. 20.
