However, with recent advances this technology has now become available to the general public. Pioneers in this field such as Oculus Rift, Google Cardboard, and PlayStation VR have provided a path for consumers to create applications which can be used in everyday tasks. Likewise, we have taken the initiative to create our own Virtual reality application for Fast Fluid Dynamics simulation visualizations based around the iPhone and iOS ecosystem.
