HR Blueprint Project
The HR Blueprint Project has been a team effort​ encompassing over 70 HR leaders and practitioners participating in working groups and/or our HR Blueprint Leadership team. Beyond the initiatives, the project has had hundreds of HR practitioners provide feedback through the HR Practitioner Experience Survey, the Focus Groups, and the Culture Plan Feedback Sessions. The HR Blueprint has mapped close to 100 processes and continues to surge forward with strategies for a stronger HR community with the culture plan; more developments are forthcoming in the spring.Ìý
