MEDIA ADVISORY
Reporters planning to cover the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals on the University of Colorado at Boulder campus Saturday, May 21, through Tuesday, May 24, should pick up press badges from the pressroom in the Coors Events/Conference Center, room 2.
The pressroom will be open Saturday through Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will provide reporters with competition information and badges allowing reporters into closed events, including the Opening Ceremonies and the Awards Ceremonies.
Highlights of World Finals events follow:
∑ Saturday, May 21, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Opening Ceremonies in the Coors Events/Conference Center.
∑ Sunday, May 22, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, May 23, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Tuesday, May 24, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., World Finals competition in buildings across campus.
∑ Sunday, May 22, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Float and Banner competition in the Coors Events/Conference Center.
∑ Monday, May 23, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Coaches' Competition, in the Coors Events/Conference Center.
∑ Tuesday, May 24, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the Awards Ceremony in the Coors Events/Conference Center.
While the World Finals competitions are open to the public, the evening ceremonies are intended for Odyssey participants and their families.
