The University of Colorado at Boulder is teaming up with the Boulder Rotary and Art Cleaners of Boulder on the 8th annual Winter Warmth Drive to collect warm winter clothing for needy individuals.

The clothing drive begins on Monday, Nov. 5, and will continue through Wednesday, Nov. 28. Drop-off boxes will be located in all of the nine dean's offices and at several other locations. All clothing and blankets will be distributed through Boulder nonprofit agencies and blankets will be donated to the Boulder Homeless Shelter.

Accepted clothing for the Winter Warmth Drive includes the following: coats, hats, mittens, scarves and blankets. Clothing in both adult and children's sizes will be accepted. The deans' drop-off locations are at:

Continuing Education, 1505 University Ave. in Boulder

Other drop-off locations will be in the Chancellor's Office at 914 Broadway, the CU-Boulder Recreation Center, the Family Housing office at 1350 20th St., Wardenburg Health Center and at the Parking and Public Safety office on Regent Drive across from the Engineering Complex. One drop-off location in the University Memorial Center, room 227, is available at the Office of the Student Outreach and Retention Center for Equity.
