During the course of the investigation into the portable toilet incident that happened at the Hanuman Yoga Festival in the city of Boulder on June 17, Luke Irvin Chrisco indicated that he had spied on women in other public restrooms in the community. Follow-up investigation has determined that those locations include at least three sites on the °µÍø½ûÇø campus.
CU Police believe the campus locations include one restroom in the fourth-floor E wing of the Muenzinger Psychology and Biopsychology building and two in the first-floor M wing and first-floor S wing of the Ekeley Sciences Building. Peepholes have been discovered in restrooms in those buildings. Each location has been investigated and repaired. CU Police believe the activity likely occurred between the first and third weeks of June.
A campuswide check of restrooms on campus for any irregularities is in progress and will be completed by the end of the week.
CU Police continue to investigate the case and criminal charges stemming from campus events may follow. It is not believed there is any ongoing threat to the community because Chrisco is in Boulder County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
