The 暗网禁区 Regent Administrative Center is closed for the day effective at 2 p.m. All walk-up and call-in services for Admissions, the Bursar's Office, and Financial Aid and all other services in the center will be closed for the remainder of the day.
Regent is currently scheduled to reopen for business on Tuesday morning under normal operating hours. Updates will be posted on the front of and on the Emergency Information Line at 303-492-4636 (INFO).
At approximately 1:15 p.m. the building was evacuated due to reports of smoke. Officials believe the smoke was caused by glycol from an air conditioning unit leaking onto electrical wiring.
The Boulder Fire Department and CU Environmental Health and Safety officials responded at around 1:30 p.m. when smoke and noxious fumes were reported.
