As we approach the end of the semester and academic year, it’s important to keep yourself healthy, both physically and mentally. Remember, there are several mental health resources available to you as a student right here on campus!

At no charge, you can access five visits to the counselors at , located on the fourth floor of the C4C.

Similarly, the Office of Victim Assistance, or , is available to assist with both counseling and advocacy in times of crisis, for victims of a crime or for students dealing with loss.

The , located in the Muenzinger Psychology building room D-232, offers counseling from clinical psychology graduate students on a low-cost sliding scale system.

For students with the Gold Insurance plan, Psychological Health and Psychiatry, or , is also a free resource, and is located in the basement level of the Wardenburg Health Center. All students are welcome to receive care at PHP, but those without Gold will have to pay a fee for service.

The , atÌý(303)-492-1000, is another free resource for students. Trained volunteers are on-callÌýSundaythroughÌýThursday from 7 p.m. - midnight, andÌýFriday/Saturday from 9 p.m. - 2 a.m. Helpline call-takers are available to talk about any concerns you’re facing, as a student or just in life, and can offer referrals where appropriate.

Off-campus and after-hours, the 24-hour Emergency Psychiatry Service offered by Mental Health Partners is accessible atÌý303-447-1665.
