Presented every four years, the Social Climate Survey provides the campus with an in-depth look at the experiences our students have inside and outside the classroom.
Ìý
The survey addresses issues related to the campus social climate as students experience it - with different interests, beliefs, and social identities. The university values these differences and wants to make sure that all students feel welcome, accepted, and free to express their views. Results from this survey inform campus decision-making, and those who complete the survey are making a vital contribution to our understanding of the campus climate. ( for specific examples of how this survey contributes to campus planning and decision-making).
Ìý
All students who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for one of five $500 cash awards. Respondents from each class level (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior and graduate student) will have an opportunity to win one of the prizes. One winner from each class will be selected and notified shortly after the survey closes.
Ìý
The survey takes about 20 to 25 minutes to complete. Please do not try to take the survey on your phone; not all of the survey will display on the small screen. Please complete the survey by 11:59 p.m., Monday, Dec. 8.Ìý
