Presented approximately every four years, the Student Social Climate Survey provides the campus with an in-depth look at the experiences our students have inside and outside the classroom. Please help spread the word, and discuss the value of this survey with our students.
The survey addresses issues related to the campus social climate as students experience it - with different interests, beliefs, and social identities. The university values these differences and wants to make sure that all students feel welcome, accepted, and free to express their views. Results from this survey inform campus decision-making, and those who complete the survey are making a vital contribution to our understanding of the campus climate. ( for specific examples of how this survey contributes to campus planning and decision-making).
The survey takes about 20 to 25 minutes to complete. All students who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for one of five $500 cash awards.
All information that would permit identification of individuals will be kept strictly confidential. If you have questions about the survey or want to see examples of the past social climate surveys, visit the FAQ available at .
