Whether you want to challenge yourself physically, improve your fitness, learn more about health, fitness andnutrition, or simply relieve some stress, the Student Recreation Center can help.The centerincludes 10,000 square feet of strength and cardio space, an ice arena, basketball and volleyball courts, four pools, five fitness studios, a climbing gym,a new turf gym and awellness suite, which promotes a whole-systems approach to health and fitness. The suite offers Rec Center members free, private consultations with certified athletic trainers, nutritionists and physical therapists.
