On Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, at approximately 9:22 p.m., the CU Boulder Police Department (CUPD) was notified of an unlawful sexual contact that occurred at the Welcomefest concert on Farrand Field.
A female victim reported that a male suspect groped her and removed an undergarment while in the concert crowd. The suspect is described as:
- 6-foot-tall college-age Asianmale
- Wearing a white T-shirt, possibly with a CU logo
- Thin build
- Ear-length black hair
