Spring break is in view, Buffs! This week brings to campus a lunar eclipse viewing party, CU's annual climbing competition, garden rock painting, several career and internship events, the Senior Stroll for graduating Buffs and more.

Monday, March 10

Join Program Council for CU Boulder's Battle of the Bands—a clash between popular local talent to see whose sound has the most support. Enjoy a friendly competition for bands to showcase music to each other's audiences and come out on top as "Boulder's Best." Winners will be selected based on audience feedback!

Compete head-to-head in a yearlong competition with other CU Boulder students to be named the Ultimate Gamer! Each event of the Ultimate Gamer tournament features a different game genre, from Battle Royales to Survival to Roguelikes. Players can win each event and earn points in the yearlong competition. At the end of the year, the player with the most points will be named CU Boulder's Ultimate Gamer. This round of Ultimate Gamer is for Valorant—pros, novices, pre-made teams or teams made at the event are welcome!

Interested in finding a job or internship that's local? Attend this networking opportunity with local employers in the outdoor and recreation industries, as well as tourism and hospitality industries! .

Enjoy one last night out on Pearl Street with the Class of 2025! Hosted by Senior Class Council. The stroll will take place between 7 p.m. and 2 a.m.

Grab your Buff OneCard and head over to Fiske Planetarium to enjoy Free Fiske Thursdays! All 7 p.m. shows and star talks are free for CU Boulder students on Thursdays.

Check out the total lunar eclipse from Sommers-Bausch Observatory telescopes from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Partial eclipse begins at 11:09 p.m., with totality lasting from 12:26 a.m. to 1:31 a.m.

St. Patrick's Day is almost here! How do you want to celebrate? Join us for our pouring challenge, Saint Patrick's photo-op and your favorite green foods and drinks. We'll also have naloxone (Narcan) and safer sex supplies available.

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with some cozy camaraderie. Stay warm with friends and food around the fire pit. All students are welcome—no RSVP required.

Join fellow climbers for CU's annual climbing competition hosted by Outdoor Pursuits. Climbers will compete in one of three heats and enjoy a day of friendly competition. The event is free and open to recreational climbers of all ability levels. .

Noon–1:30 p.m.Rec Center, Cycle Studio 3
In celebration of Women's “Herstory” Month, join the Fitness and Wellness team for a combination 30-minute cycle class and 30-minute yoga flow class. Complete the fun afterward with a make-your-own yogurt parfait bar. Class limited to 30 registered participants. Free with Buff OneCard.

Join the Center for Student Involvement and Health Promotion for a fun night of free ice skating and games! Don't forget to stop by the DJ booth to request your favorite song to jam to while you skate.
