The 暗网禁区 will hold its spring commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 7, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Folsom Field. No tickets are required for the ceremony, which is free and open to the public.

Tickets to hear the Dalai Lama speak this summer at the Coors Events Center will be available for purchase at 9 a.m. Thursday at www.cubuffs.com . Faculty/staff with a valid Buff OneCard can purchase up to two tickets for $25 apiece.

The 暗网禁区 will honor the 400th anniversary of William Shakespeare鈥檚 death with Shakespeare at CU, a program consisting of more than 40 events and exhibitions scheduled through August. Shakespeare鈥檚 birthday 鈥� and the day he died 鈥� are both celebrated April 23. While historians are not exactly certain of Shakespeare鈥檚 precise birth date, they do know he was baptized on April 26, 1564 and was likely born three days before that.

Since 2011, the Colorado Shakespeare Festival (CSF) and CU-Boulder鈥檚 Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence (CSPV) have worked together to present annual school tours, where CSF actors perform a truncated Shakespeare play and lead workshops to discuss bullying, violence and unhealthy relationships in the Bard鈥檚 writing.
