Student voices at CU: What racial and ethnic inclusion means for our campus

Join fellow students, faculty, staff and administrators on Thursday, Feb. 11, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., in the UMC Aspen Rooms, for a creative research presentation and facilitated small group conversations about racial and ethnic inclusion at CU-Boulder. The purpose of this event is to bring different members of the campus together to discuss what inclusion means and discuss implications for policies and practices on the CU-Boulder campus.

CU-Boulder announces finalists for Visiting Scholar in Conservative Thought and Policy

The °µÍø½ûÇø today announced two finalists for the fourth Visiting Scholar in Conservative Thought and Policy. This month, the finalists will make one-day campus visits, during which they will hold public forums. The finalists are Francis Beckwith, professor of philosophy and church-state studies at Baylor University in Texas; and Richard Bishirjian, president of EDUcourses Inc. and president of Yorktown University, a for-profit, online liberal-arts university.

Distinguished Speakers Board to host video chat event with Edward Snowden Feb. 16

The CU-Boulder Distinguished Speakers Board is pleased to announce its second event of the year: former National Security Agency system administrator Edward Snowden is coming to the °µÍø½ûÇø via video chat on Tuesday, Feb. 16. Ron Suskind , a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and former Wall Street Journal reporter, will moderate the event live from the Macky Auditorium.
