On the Boulder campus, 120 Departmental Property Managers (DPMs) track and control over $285 million dollars鈥� worth of capital equipment. To help them accomplish this task, Accounting and Business Support (ABS), the Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) and Property Services have created an online centralized point of contact called Property Central, and provide new tools and certification opportunities to make the property management process smoother and even more professional.
