The University of Colorado at Boulder will host its 16th annual International Festival on Saturday, April 12, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Glenn Miller Ballroom at the University Memorial Center.

Last week, while CU students were enjoying Spring Break, we lost a dear member of our community. CU junior David Parrish of Boulder was killed last Wednesday in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico while trying to stop two men from robbing his mother – CU instructor Janet Graaff. David was a geography major, a talented photographer and artist, and a student with a strong commitment to understanding other cultures and peoples – in short, everything we could hope for from a CU student.

The recording industry's practice of targeting individual university students for music copyright infringement, along with other digital rights issues, will be discussed during an April 9 debate sponsored by the University of Colorado at Boulder's Silicon Flatirons Center.
