Changes to official function and advanced payment processes

For advanced payments exceeding $10,000, the process has also been updated to remove the need for the “paper” advanced payment form. Instead, input all required information directly within the requisition. The requisition will then be routed to the Controller’s Office for approval, streamlining the approval workflow and eliminating the need for additional paper-based approvals. When completing the form, input the total amount that will be advanced over the term of the contract.��

Anaplan budget tool implementation on track for live production

CU Boulder’s Anaplan budget tool went live on February 5! The core team onboarded campus users into a test environment and presented introductory live training sessions.

April general fund continuing budget freeze date in Anaplan

Starting this year, the C-ROLL will be prepared in the new Anaplan budget tool. Campus units will use the budget tool to plan their FY25 starting general fund continuing budget at the speedtype and account code levels.

New Report – ePERs by Project or Award

Streamline your ePER review process in mFin (CU Data) with the new "ePERs by Project or Award" report, offering a view of all ePERs for an award, eliminating the need to run individual reports for each project.
