Residence One will be the first new, modern housing building to open in the area, North Boulder Creek (NBC). It will house 332 upper division students in on-campus apartment-style housing. It will provide neighborhood amenities such as a café, UPS store, and a variety of study space that will serve the students within the surrounding NBC community. Construction is underway as of April 2024 and will continue until summer of 2026. More information on Residence One can be found here.
