2020 Continuous Open Bidding Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement
As a requirement forÌýall bids given through continuous open bidding (COB), all new members must sign the 2020 COB MRABA within one day of bid acceptance. After the form is electronically signed, it should be emailed directly to panhellenic@colorado.eduÌýwith the subject “COB MRABA.â€

The Bylaws of the °µÍø½ûÇø Panhellenic Association are the written rules that control the internal affairs of the organization. The bylaws outline important information regarding the function of the organization such as the group's official name, purpose, requirements for membership, officers’ titles and responsibilities, how offices are to be assigned, how the council is structured, roles of stakeholders etc. The bylaws also govern the way the group must function as well as the roles and responsibilities of its officers. They are essential in helping an organization map out its purpose and the practical day-to-day details of how it will go about its business.Ìý

Our Code of Ethics is a vital document within our community. Creating a code of ethics helps make decision-making easier at all levels in a community by reducing ambiguity while also taking into consideration individual perspectives in ethical standards. Our code of ethics creates a common framework upon which all decisions are founded. The Panhellenic Code of Ethics was created to promote and maintain positive Greek relations between all members.Ìý

The following policies are in place to ensure a safe and responsible social environment for the Panhellenic Community at the University of Colorado. The policies included in this document are designed to supplement the policies and regulations set in place by the National organizations of individual chapters, the University of Colorado, along with local, state and federal laws. All Panhellenic organizations and associate members of the Panhellenic community at the University of Colorado are expected to abide by the regulations set forth in this document. For the purpose of this document, a social event is defined as any event officially sponsored by a chapter with the exclusive purpose of socializing with non-members.
For the purpose of this document, the following events are notÌýconsidered a social event:
- Sisterhoods/joint sisterhoods with other sorority chapters
- Philanthropy events
- Study tables
- Chapter meetingsÌý
