Drop-off Payment
During business hours: Office of Financial Aid front desk in the Regent Administrative Center
Outside of business hours: Drop box by the south door of the Regent Administrative Center
Be sure to put your private scholarship check in an envelope and include your Student ID number and name. Otherwise, we won't be able to process your scholarship on your account.
Mailing payments
Ask your donors to mail scholarship checks at least one month before the bill due date to avoid incurring late payment fees. Our office must receive your scholarship check by 5 p.m. on the first day of classes to guarantee no late fees. You're responsible for paying your bill if a check arrives late. We cannot waive late fees if it applies to the bill after the due date. Learn about timing of scholarships and your bill.
To expedite processing: you may provide your scholarship donor with your student ID and the Scholarship Donor form to include with the scholarship check. Checks should be payable to °µÍø½ûÇø.
