Feel Better Fast

This CAPS workshop is designed specifically for graduate students. The workshop focuses on mindfulness techniques and coping strategies. You will learn how to calm yourself in stressful situations, take a step back from your thoughts and make decisions that feel right for you. All workshops are free, confidential and unlimited for students. Students do not need to be a CAPS client or complete CAPS paperwork to attend.
