Season of Light explores the reasons humans are so fascinated with lighting up the holiday season. It鈥檚 an exploration of the astronomical meanings behind seasonal traditions.

This talk is free and open to the public.

Osi Sladek from Slovakia, whose family later settled in Israel, will give testimony about his and his parent鈥檚 suffering and survival in the Holocaust in the Slovak-Hungarian-Polish borderlands. The program will be followed by a Q&A and a book signing.
