Getting Involved
- Get in the Halloween spirit! Movies, pumpkin painting, “Hilloween,” themed fitness classes, a humans vs. zombies race, and more—don't miss out and don’t forget to dress up!
- This week brings meatball Monday; behind the scenes election tours; soccer, football and volleyball games; free lunch, coffee and gaming; and more.
- CU Boulder celebrates Pride in October (rather than June), as most students are not on campus during the summer. Our campus community not only celebrates LGBTQ+ culture and identities, but also uses this time to learn about queer and trans ancestors who have helped us move forward.
- Whether you need a costume or are looking for something to do, here are some tips and reminders for Halloween.
- Open to all transfer students, National Transfer Student Week at CU Boulder offers events specifically for transfer students that allow you to meet fellow Buffs, experience campus and have fun!
- This week brings breakfast for lunch, LGBTQ+ history and pride events, a movie night at the Buff Pool, cozy gaming and more.
- As a student, you can help guide decisions that affect your community. Here are some ways you can get involved and use your voice this year.
- Through freedom of expression, Buffs are entitled and welcome to express themselves in forums across campus, while not interfering with anyone’s safe access to CU Boulder’s academic environment.
- Activism and free expression play an important role in our democracy by enabling us to share our ideas, engage in healthy debate and respectfully disagree with one another. We believe in educating and providing opportunities for our campus community to engage on issues.
- Each year, CU Boulder joins institutions nationwide to recognize the pivotal work of postdoctoral scholars. These scholars often serve as the backbone of innovative research, advancing cutting-edge projects across disciplines while working closely with faculty and graduate students.
