  Room Access Request

Please complete the   UMC Access Request Form to request room/building access for the University Memorial Center.

Users that may request access include UMC staff, tenants and vendors; student employees; RSOs; and contractors completing approved work in the building.

The UMC will contact the requestor if there are any questions regarding the need for access being requested. All requests must be approved by the department head.

  Student Employment Request Form

Complete the    to submit a request for Student Employment for the following:

    New hire
    Re-hire
    Title change
    Pay rate change/raise/promotion
    Termination

You will receive an email notification once the transaction is complete.

New Student Employee Provisions Form

Upon hiring a new student employee, please complete the . This form will be routed to the appropriate staff to set up these provisions in preparation of their first day of employment in the UMC.

  Student Employment Folder Access


The Student Employment Folder is the single repository for student employment applications, and contains additional resources related to student employment. Access to this folder is limited to those directly ensure the privacy of student employment applicants.

If you are a professional or student staff member with a business need to have access to the folder, please complete the following steps:

  1. Download and read the Student Employment Folder Access document.
  2. Complete the   .

If your request is approved, you will receive a confidentiality agreement to sign via DocuSign.

For assistance with your computer or other office technology, use the IT Support icon on your desktop or send an email to UMC-ITSupport@colorado.edu. This will automatically create a ticket and help UMC-IT track and resolve your requests.
