The MENV Career Development Office prepares its students for careers across all industries the private, public, and nonprofitÌýsectors. Through our innovative approach to career preparation, we equip our students with meaningful and practical ways to land a job in their chosen field. In a time where industry is changing rapidly, MENV provides a pathway for students to tailor their degree to the unique needs of their chosen industry.

We offer a comprehensive suite of career services to our students and alumni. Our career coaches provide one-on-one support, as well as workshops, in-class trainings, and peer-to-peer mentoring opportunities. The Career Development Office can help you with building your résumé, updating your LinkedIn profile, informational interviews, networking and relationship building, negotiation, executive presence, crafting your narrative, and much more. In addition to group and one-on-one offerings, we host many events throughout the year to help you build your skills and your network, to acquire the job you desire.

2024 Graduate Employment Data

Over 40% of graduates secured employment prior to graduation. Overall, 91% of alumni reported that their current position is sustainability-related with that same percentage reporting job satisfaction.

A strategic discussion on how to prepare for interviews, including common questions, storytelling techniques, and research strategies. This session helps build confidence and refine responses to effectively showcase skills and experience.
