Snowfall in Boulder was lighter than predicted and roads leading to the CU-Boulder campus are passable with public transportation running. Facilities management crews are working to clear parking lots and sidewalks on campus.

The National Weather Service (NWS) in Boulder has issued a Winter Storm Warning for our region from Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon. A strong cold front will drop southward late this afternoon and evening. Rain showers and thunderstorms will change to snow along the front range this evening and then over the eastern plains later tonight.

On Saturday April 6, thousands of bright and eager incoming freshmen and their families arrived on the campus for Admitted Student Day . The day consists of information sessions, open houses, tours, receptions and an information fair. “CU is so beautiful and I liked all the programs and opportunities,” said incoming freshman Erin Berry.
